Whether you met one of our Fundraising Ambassadors on the sidewalks of your city or on your doorstep, they are working hard to help us engage new supporters who share our passion for protecting nature.

Sometimes called canvassers, face-to-face, or door-to-door fundraisers, The Nature Conservancy's Fundraising Ambassadors are professionals who talk with thousands of people a year about the benefits of monthly giving and the difference we can make for our natural world.  Our Ambassadors give us a cost-effective, personal way to broaden the reach of our conservation community.

I love working on behalf of The Nature Conservancy because the planet we live on is the only planet we have.

How do you know that a fundraiser is legitimate?

The simple answer is that they’ll be wearing an official nametag and also have our Nature Conservancy logo on display like in the photos below.

These efforts are carried out by professional face-to-face fundraising agencies we partner with and they are well-trained on The Nature Conservancy's programs and values.

Our face-to-face fundraising Ambassadors are committed to recruiting supporters who wish to support The Nature Conservancy through a monthly donation—the most effective and efficient way to give. All donations are processed electronically and securely for your convenience.
