At TNC she works as HR Manager I India Program where she provides a range of HR support services and is a part of the operation team in India. She is responsible for the full gamut of Human Resources; from diagnosing structures, Policies, and processes for Indian operations, culture & people to determining areas of growth and change levels; creating, validating, and implementing HR PMS to streamline process efficiency, Integrate diversity & inclusion into the business strategy of organizations; provide support and administer mentoring / coaching to key positions or leaders to enhance their executive presence and shatter the glass ceiling, work closely with Operation teams for budgeting, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs, as well as managing workplace safety initiatives.
