TNC India - Nature Conservancy India Solutions Private Limited (NCIS) is a Private Limited Company incorporated under The Companies Act, 2013 in December 2020, having Corporate Identity Number (CIN): U74999DL2020PTC375056. It is a subsidiary of The Nature Conservancy, one of the largest not-for-profit conservation organisations in the world. NCIS’ registered office is at 37, Second Floor, Link Road, Lajpat Nagar- III New Delhi-110024, India. NCIS is registered under The Income Tax Act, 1961, with PAN number AAHCN3595K and TAN number DELN22336G respectively. It is also registered under the Goods and Service Act, 2017 with registration number 07AAHCN3595K1ZX. NCIS was incorporated with the objective of providing research, consulting and technical support and advisory services to various stakeholders in and outside India relating to conservation of nature and environment, biodiversity and climate change. TNC India - The Nature Conservancy Centre (TNCC) is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organisation registered in India under Section 8 of The Companies Act, 2013. Contributions to TNCC are tax-deductible by Indian donors under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act of 1961. TNCC is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for undertaking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. TNCC was set up in 2017 to advance India’s environmental goals and to conserve its natural heritage. It is a subsidiary of The Nature Conservancy, one of the largest not-for-profit conservation organisations in the world. TNCC is a science-led and collaborative organization that works with a wide range of government and non-government partners to address key sustainability challenges facing India through on-the-ground charitable projects as well as research studies. The key areas of focus are conservation and restoration of natural resources, biodiversity, and climate change — mitigation as well as adaptation. |
